GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation
Effective as of May 25, 2018
Introduction
When you use New Media’s services, we collect information related to providing our service and its features. For example, we may use the personal information you enter when creating an account with us, such as your name, company, address and email, as well as usage data, such as the information you enter in one of our contact forms, for communicating with you, offering you relevant functions and showing you more relevant content.
In general, when information no longer is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, we’ll delete it. However, we must also comply with local laws that might force us to keep records for a longer time. We may transfer data to countries other than your home country, for example we transfer data from Europe to the United States for analytics and hosting services.
We need your consent for you to be able to proceed using our services. You always have the right to have your data changed, deleted, transferred back to you or having your consent withdrawn.
We have your integrity in focus and believe in the principles of freedom and communication. We meet the sharpened data protection standards introduced by the EU, the so called General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will enter into force at the end of May.
